This was in response to a variety of issues included in the new summer update titled GTA Online San Andreas Mercenaries. Rockstar announced ahead of the latest GTA Online update that some lesser purchased cars will be removed from the in-game websites as part of the San Andreas Mercenaries update. Nearly 200 vehicles are no longer purchasable in GTA Online. Some of these will be showing up in the rotating Vinewood Car Club for GTA+ members however.
