An upcoming game has received online criticism, again, but this time for copying GTA Online and Red Dead Redemption 2 trailers. The game titled The Day Before, an MMO featuring zombies, is no stranger to issues.
After suffering delays due to apparent trademark issues, the game got a new gameplay overview trailer earlier this week.
Spotted by IGN, a YouTube channel called Randomly uploaded a video comparing latest trailer for The Day Before with some trailers for other games such as Red Dead Redemption 2 and Grand Theft Auto 5.
Comparisons
Basically, The Day Before trailer uses similar phrases and voice over from iconic Rockstar trailers. Here are two examples compared to GTA Online’s Official Gameplay Video:
