Rockstar Games have just given their support website a brand new look ahead GTA 6’s release. The refreshed iteration of Rockstar Support first started to appear in a few select regions last week. It has now been rolled out to everyone worldwide. We’ll be taking a look at what has changed plus sharing screenshots of it below.
Every page has seen a facelift. From tickets to the server status page. The UI is more of a mobile-first design with a lot of space visible on either side of the content when viewed on desktop. This is likely due to a huge number of users accessing the site on a mobile device.

The new site is closer to the main Rockstar Games website with a matching black colour scheme, rounded corners, a similar navigation bar at the top, font and more. So if you’re a visitor of the main website, you’ll feel at home. The background is also a wider variant of the stickerbomb-style artwork covering their franchises first seen on their official Discord server. We’ve extracted the banner for you to utilise below.

Issues
The new 404 error page is GTA-themed. The 404 number is displayed in the Grand Theft Auto font and in the colour red. Speaking of errors, some important articles such as the FAQ page for BattlEye in GTA Online only point to a 404 error at the time of writing. This was spotted by @PLTytus on Twitter.

FiveM Time
A new addition to the Rockstar Support home page is a banner for FiveM and RedM. It says “For support related to FiveM and RedM Roleplay communities” with a link to the Cfx.re support site which also has Rockstar Games branding itself.

Overall, fans on social media seem to like the new website’s look. What do you think of the new Rockstar Support site? Let us know down in the comments section below. You can check it out for yourself here.
