GTA 6 pre-orders are launching in just 4 days, and it seems a European retailer couldn’t bear the wait, listing five different editions of the game with a broad price range. We must however stress that this could be a placeholder, and is not necessarily indicative of the actual price, which we will find out on June 25th. French retailer ‘fnac’, which is housed in Europe, listed several editions of a game with the following codenames: RS1, RS2, RS3, RS4 and RS5. All editions are set to launch November 19th, the day GTA 6 is planned to release. The following…

[responsivevoice_button] Perhaps not surprising: no fanbase is better at digging through released trailers and footage with a set of eagle eyes like the Rockstar Games community. And with the recent release of trailer 2, it’s been no different. You may think a nearly three minute trailer and over 70 screenshots would settle us down for a bit, but no less is true. Fans have pointed out evidence suggesting Jason Duval, the recently confirmed protagonist for GTA 6, has some form of connection to the police, or may even be a police officer. Let’s break down all the evidence. Jason may…

[responsivevoice_button] Before GTA 6 hits the shelves May 26, 2026, an army of dedicated fans are already walking the streets of Leonida in their head. Behind every trailer frame, every promotional screenshot lies a community of digital cartographers, tirelessly mapping out Rockstar’s fictional state, largely based on the real-life Miami, brick by brick, street by street. This community effort, coordinated largely through a discord server, has become something of a multiplayer detective game. Leading the operation is project coordinator DuPz0r, who curates the discoveries of nearly 400 dedicated community cartographers. The result is an ever evolving community map, and if…

We can’t beat around the bush here: GTA 6’s visuals as shown in the recently released trailer look absolutely mindblowing. From the small details such as Jason’s arm hair, lighting, character detail and unholy draw distances. It looks like a generational leap on top of what we got when the PS5 launched. If I didn’t know any better and you told me this was a PS6 tech-demo, I would believe you. Digital Foundry also analysed the trailer with a technical eye in an extensive breakdown, and shared some interesting details. Resolution and frame-rate Image quality first, the trailer seems to…

[responsivevoice_button] As expected by many, but still a letdown: Rockstar Games has officially delayed Grand Theft Auto 6. Originally planned for a Fall 2025 release, the game is now scheduled to launch on May 26, 2026. The announcement was surprisingly dry. No new screenshots, no second trailer, and no new details to keep fans busy. Since the record-breaking debut trailer in November 2023, there has been ear-deafening silence, and the lack of updates is starting to frustrate a community that has already waited more than a decade. ‘Strauss giving us nuggets of hope disappointing’ Yet community members are keeping hope, such as…

[responsivevoice_button] Rockstar Games and Take-Two have not made themselves popular over the last few years when it comes to the modding community. Several scandals, such as the takedown of the beloved Liberty City Preservation mod, and reports of an unhealthy working environment within the FiveM team, have spoiled the scene. Developer Hypersonic wants to provide an alternative: HELIX, a modding platform based on Unreal Engine 5, being made “by modders, for modders.” The platform positions itself as the spiritual successor to FiveM and Garry’s Mod. “We always wanted to create an open platform of our own, where we can truly…

[responsivevoice_button] Ever since I played Red Dead Redemption 2 for the first time on the base PS4, I wondered what the game could look like on PC, at a smooth 60fps, higher resolution and more visual detail across the board. When I booted up the game on my PC with the RTX 3070 I couldn’t help but feel…disappointed. While the added frames were much appreciated and transformative on their own, I couldn’t help but feel something was lacking. That thing that lacked would best be described as clarity. Even on ultra settings, with TAA set to it’s max, the game…
