Red Dead Redemption 2 and Red Dead Online have both just received an update on Steam and the Rockstar Games Launcher. Rockstar Games have also shared the patch notes for this update.
Titled version 1.27, the patch update is 2.8GB on Steam and 4.11GB on the Rockstar Games Launcher as reported by GTA Forum users.

- Updates to improve the security of Red Dead Online
One issue believed to be fixed is the Invite exploit that has been plaguing the Red Dead Online Community for some time now. We hope the player base as a smoother experience now.

2.79 Giga for Security Improvements ?
Not surprising given that it is a 60+gb game.
Personally, I just want them to offer private lobbies for you and your friends only. I want more random events to show up in my games, not wondering if any of the 11+ other people I’m playing with are going to decide to exploit bomb me in to quitting.
I agree it’s utter bull shit in my opinion me and my buddy were doing this and allowing us to do alot of things that you couldn’t before I wonder if it fixed the farm animal glitch
