GTA IV artwork that has shown up online before was recently unearthed. It has been almost 15 years since game’s acclaimed “The Ballad of Gay Tony” DLC released and new stuff is still being found within the expansion.
This unused artwork from The Ballad of Gay Tony DLC was found in the files on PS3 by KiMozZ on the GTA Forums, via @TJGM_. It shows Luis, the protagonist of the add-on, carrying an AA-12 shotgun along with the colourful TBoGT logo.
Whilst similar to other pieces of art for this expansion, it does seem like it has not popped up elsewhere before. KiMozZ speculates this was intended to be used in an in-game store inside of the pause menu. The reasons behind this is that it was Xbox has this feature but not PS3, the file has store in the name and the orange colour scheme used on assets in that folder, such as the PlayStation Store logo.
GTA IV love continues
Another fan-favourite character from the beloved GTA IV DLC is Yusef Amir. Rockstar Games brought him to GTA Online at the end of last year. It was fantastic to see and hear comic Omid Djalili return as Mr Amir. He also discussed his love for GTA fans recently on his Twitter (currently known as X) account. You can learn more about what Yusef is up to in Los Santos right here.
In recent GTA IV news, a fan decided to make a 30ft tall paper cut out of Niko Bellic. You can learn everything about this fun creation in our report here.
