Rockstar Games have released today the latest GTA Online content release titled GTA Online Chop Shop. It is free for all players on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
The update includes several new GTAO missions, clothing items, wildlife, vehicles and more on day one. There is some unreleased content coming as part of the usual drip-feed.
The Salvage Yard
Red’s Auto Parts is a front for vehicular robbery operations. Yusuf Amir of GTA VI fame returns! He’ll phone you up in-game and owning the Salvage Yard cuts you in on Yusuf and his cousin Jamal’s plans for robberies, accessible from your Salvage Yard’s Planning Wall. Each one features a special target that requires thorough planning prior to successfully boosting it.
When a vehicle is acquired, you can break down the vehicles and salvage the valuable parts over time. Ore, you can sell off stolen vehicles for a fixed price when dropping them off at the docks.

New Robberies
Jamal will have a weekly rotation of vehicles to steal. These robberies require planning, collecting intel, prep missions and Freemode Tasks. There’s a variety of objectives such as going undercover, hacking and disabling countermeasures, and more. There will be a fast and furious conclusion to each robbery.
Each car you need to steal will feature new license plate designs not seen in-game before. Rockstar sat there are new daily challenges, Pause Menu Awards, and Career Progress challenges for those on the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions.

Several new vehicles have been added to the game as part of this content update on day one. You can find the full list of day one vehicles along with their prices right here:

- Vapid Dominator GT
- Declasse Impaler LXKarin Asterope GZ
- Vapid Stanier LE Cruiser (Unlocked for purchase after completing The Gangbanger Robbery scope out mission)
- Vapid Unmarked Cruiser (Unlocked for purchase after surviving a 3-star wanted level for 5 minutes)
- Police Riot (Unlocked for purchase after naturally losing a 4/5-star wanted level)

Animals
Animals that roam the streets of Los Santos and the rural parts of San Andreas have been added to the Xbox Series X|S and PS5 versions of GTA Online. So far, we’ve spotted several NPCs walking their dogs, farms full of cows, Dolphins swimming in the sea and more.
New Weapon
The Battle Rifle is not purchasable from Ammu-Nation yet but can be purchased right now from the roaming gun van at a 10% discount. It is 20% off for GTA+ members. It’s regular price is $422,875.
100 Car Garage
GTA+ members get a brand new 100 vehicle storage unit titled The Vinewood Club Garage. You can learn more on this new facility here.
Drift Races
Drift Races are a brand new racing series in GTA Online. You will earn Drift Points based on a various things you do in are. The include Precision Drifting and your final racing position. Check out all of the Drift Races and how to race in them here.
Community Challenge Rewards
Here are all of the rewards that everyone in the GTA Online community earned via the Community Challenges last month. To receive these items, you need to log into GTA Online before December 20th.

- Sprunk and eCola License Plates
- The Rockstar Motorsport livery for the new Grotti Turismo Omaggio (Super)
