The GTA 6 trailer has inspired a man to make an absolutely humongous cutout of GTA IV’s protagonist Niko Bellic.
Tobyn Jacobs is known on social media for his extraordinary paper art that covers the walls in his house or are several storey’s tall outside.
He posted his latest creation on Thursday which is Grand Theft Auto IV’s beloved protagonist Niko Bellic. The specific image used for this cutout is the iconic illustration art of Bellic. According to Mr Jacobs, the release of Grand Theft Auto VI’s trailer inspired him to do this art project.
The paper cutout stands 30 foot tall and is as high the multi-story building he resides in. Due to its size, Mr Jacobs has to have it on display next to the house. He also shared a TikTok which gives a bit more sense of scale than a picture. You can watch the TikTok down below.
Typically, the subjects of his artwork are anime characters or YouTubers but Niko is quite the change of featured individual.
It’s an interesting idea and generates a lot of questions such as “why?” Jacobs has said in a Twitter video that he just “finds it cool/surreal” and this is the content he’d like to see so he makes it himself.
Tobyn posts his creations to various social media platforms. Pictures of his art can be found on his Instagram and Twitter (currently known as X) Whereas on his YouTube channel you can find videos of him showing the art he creates. The most popular account ran by Jacobs is his TikTok with over 170,000 followers.
