Google announced plans yesterday the company plans to cease operations for its cloud streaming gaming service Google Stadia in early 2023 but will offer full refunds to customers who bought games on the service. In a wake of reports, Microsoft Corp is preparing to launch its newest feature to Xbox Cloud Gaming, Microsoft’s new cloud gaming service for Xbox Game Pass members. In June 2022, Xbox’s Sarah Bond, Corporate Vice President announced the company plans to extend the cloud gaming program to more games that users own later this year, rather than only featuring games available on Xbox Game Pass, although noted it may only extend to selected titles under publisher permission.
