Rockstar Games have released a new background patch for GTA Online following the recent Kortz Center Heist update. As part of the recent Event Week which contains the all-new Pegassi Ignus Pursuit, Rockstar made a another background update since the recent DLC so it is slightly different from the ones we reported on before. GTA 6 developers who formally requested Rockstar Games to officially recognise them ahead of the game’s launch have shared some good news. It has reached several milestones. In a post to their social media pages, the Rockstar Game Workers Union (RGWU) announced that they have had their first meeting with Rockstar Games management. This comes after the group have now officially become the largest game studio union in Europe. GTA 6 has reportedly sold around a quarter of a billion in pre-orders alone so far according to a new report. It is also estimated Rockstar’s new title is on track for upwards of making $5 billion during its release week. The hacker behind the gigantic GTA 6 gameplay leak has been removed from a secure hospital and transferred to a standard prison following his sentencing late 2023. Arion Kurtaj was found guilty of numerous charges such as hacking and fraud after a spree of cybercrime.
