Details on just how much Rockstar Games have spent on GTA 6 so far have arisen. YouTuber Saukko505 delved deep into many of Rockstar’s documents to see just how much they have paid so far for GTA VI. For years now, there has been a fairly baseless rumour that the game has a budget of $2 billion. This is far bigger than any piece of entertainment before. GTA V for example had a budget…

Rockstar Games have released a new background patch for GTA Online. This is small one but incidentally teases upcoming content. This background update comes just a week after the company released an actual downloadable patch for the two PC versions of the game. The patch notes Rockstar put out for that update were extremely vague saying only “General fixes for stability and security”. For those unaware, background updates fix issues without need to download an update. It is all handled server side. The next time you play GTA Online, the below changes will have been made. Rockstar have put out…
A new GTA 6 detail has leaked and this one comes straight from one of the game’s developers. Most leaks for this game are not real but in this case we have something that has been said directly by a person who has spent a few years working on the next installment in the Grand Theft Auto series. This information was first spotted by Reddit user esketitethan who posted a screenshot from a former Rockstar Games developer’s Linkedin profile. They were a Graphics Programmer at the company. In the section dedicated to their work experience at Rockstar dated February 2020…

This time they have been publicly shamed by the UK government for illegally underpaying several employees. As spotted by the Daily Mirror, His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC), the tax department of the UK government published a list featuring hundreds of companies who all owed money to staff members. Rockstar Games UK Limited, the business that encompasses all of the company’s UK studios, was listed at number 235. They were confirmed to have not paid £1,396.73 to five staff members. That’s around £279.34 per person.…
The archive of all things Grand Theft Auto has a new home and is busy preparing for GTA 6. We’ll be taking a look at what is going on with, the GTA Wiki, an essential website for the GTA community. I also got chance to ask the site’s team a few questions ahead of what will be a monstrous year for Grand Theft Auto. For those unaware, the GTA Wiki has been a key resource for GTA fans over the course of twenty years but corporate hosting has made it unpleasant to use and work on for readers and editors…
