One of the biggest issues players have had with GTA V Enhanced is the lack of in-game text chat for GTA Online. Players use it to complete missions together and its omission has made plenty of players to not play GTA V Enhanced. Rockstar Games have released 4 patches since GTA V Enhanced came out but none of them have included text.
