Take-Two Interactive, the Publishers of Games such as Grand Theft Auto, Red Dead Redemption, Borderlands, Bioshock, and many more fan favorites are currently in talks with Codemasters, the Publishers of F1, and Dirt.
As reported by VGC, Take-Two Interactive are looking to add Codemasters to the list of Game studios already under their umbrella, joining Rockstar Games, Private Division, 2K and also, Ruffian Games, which Take-Two Interactive acquired in October and rebranded as Rockstar Dundee.
Take-Two Interactive are apparently offering Codemasters $973 Million for the Takeover (ยฃ739 Million). Take-Two have until 4th December 2020 to announce its intentions for a deal with Codemasters.
