The Physical version of Grand Theft Auto: Trilogy Definitive Edition for the Nintendo Switch has appeared on the Target Website along with the cover art for the case.
The Cover art has a message printed onto it saying ‘Download Required see back’ although an image of the back of the case is not available yet.
The game itself according the Official Nintendo store is meant to be 25.4GB in size which means it can fit onto a 32GB cartridge. According to other sites (sources below) the separate download is due to Vice City having issues and on the Nintendo Store, Vice City has a message saying ‘The estimated system space that will be required to download this game is 6.5GB.’
We are now awaiting on Rockstar to comment to confirm or deny if this is indeed true, NME and VGC have both contacted Rockstar for comment.
The Physical version of GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition releases physically on December 7th 2021, just under 4 weeks after the digital version.
