Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5 and PC received an update today to fix a few issues in the game.
The update for Xbox Series was 2.48GB in size, 500MB for PlayStation 5 and 1GB for PC. The patch added a Motion blur slider to current gen consoles, fixed the radio station bug and much more.
Improvements PS5/Xbox Series
- Finally added a Motion Blur option slider in the settings menu
- Loading from Story mode to GTA Online now takes less time
Issues fixed to Story mode – Xbox Series
- Loading from one Story Mode character to another now takes less time
- Your online friends no longer show as contacts in your phone on Story Mode
- Players owning GTA Online Standalone no longer given the option to ‘Resume Story’
Issues fixed for Xbox Series
- Radio Stations working once again when in a Party Chat
- Players in Party Chat once again have in game audio
- No more Audio issues after opening the Xbox Guide
- Issue fixed that resulted in players being stuck on an alert screen after using quick resume
- Parachute jobs have now reappeared in the Jobs menu
- Blocked players can no longer view and interact with the player that blocked them
- Missing sound effects during Deathmatches have been fixed
- Audio issues in the Diamond resort & casino have been fixed
- Audio issues after calling Mors Mutual have been fixed
- Frame rate issue when having a Neon Interior and Chameleon paint to your vehicle have been fixed
- Japanese translation being incorrect has been fixed
- Players getting stuck when using current character on a new console has been fixed
- Players incorrectly getting the message that they have been permanently banned from Social Club & GTA Online has been fixed
- Incorrect error messages when creating a second Character has been fixed
- Patriot Parachute smoke being the incorrect colour has been fixed
PlayStation 5
- Fixed an issue that caused the adaptive trigger feedback on the Hao’s Special Works upgraded Grotti Turismo Classic to be too strong
PC
Although Rockstar Support haven’t stated what was in the PC update, the content added to Grand Theft Auto V: Expanded & Enhanced on consoles has been added to the PC files, along with the value of Nightclub stock being increased.
