Following the release of GTA 6 Trailer 2, fans have been trying to work out which actors are playing the various main characters in the game. We’ll be taking a look at all of the potential cast members that seem likely to be featured in GTA VI.
Currently, Rockstar Games have not confirmed anyone for GTA VI though a few of these cast members seem certain. Compared to Rockstar’s previous games, there appears to be some more well-known actors taking key roles in the story which is interesting alongside lesser known actors.
Manni L. Perez as Lucia Caminos
Ever since the 2022 leaks, fans have scoured the internet to find two duo who are playing Lucia and Jason. With Trailer 1, the community came to the conclusion Lucia Caminos is played by Manni L. Perez. Her previous work includes Law & Order plus Jessica Jones. Fans note how both her voice and face resemble Lucia’s in the two trailers.
Despite the actor not mentioning anything to do with GTA 6 or even hinting at it one bit, she has gained over tens of thousands of Instagram followers already. Manni previously voiced an NPC in GTA Online.
Dylan Rourke as Jason Duval
Who plays Jason Duval has been far harder to pin down by the community. It took much longer before fans were somewhat confident his played by Dylan Rourke. According to a rumour last year, Rourke who has made some appearances in Grey’s Anatomy and Modern Family is playing our second protagonist.
Although some are still not convinced given Jason’s character model does not quite look like him in comparison to Manni and Lucia. However, his voice is fairly similar. Much like Manni, fans have flocked to his Instagram though he has remained cool under on GTA 6 fan pressure.
Bobby Moynihan as Cal Hampton
As soon as Trailer 2 dropped, fans thought SNL cast member and actor Bobby Moynihan played Jason’s friend Cal Hampton. Even though we have only a small amount of dialogue to work from, it does sound like Bobby. There is also some resemblance in his character model too.
Stephen Root as Brian Heder
Much like Bobby, fans quickly recognised Stephen as Brian in Trailer 2. The voices closely match. And again similar to Bobby, he has starred in a various popular films and TV shows such as Get Out, Barry and King of the Hill. Root is also from Florida, where GTA 6 is based on.
Óscar Jaenada as Raul Bautista
Known for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides and The Losers, it seems like Óscar Jaenada could be playing Raul in GTA VI. Whilst just a handful of people speculated it might be him, a post by the actor on Instagram has given things more credibility.
In an Instagram story on May 20th, the actor posted a video of someone wearing a t-shirt with Raul on. This was first spotted by Twitter user @AlfaGames__. Of course, the actor also has resemblance to Raul in the video footage seen so far.
