Rockstar Games are giving away a free car in GTA Online. Below will be all of the details you need to know about this freebie for all GTA Online players.
Back in December, Rockstar Games added a banner at the top of their website with the GTA 6 trailer date and time. Following its release, a direct link to watch that trailer was in the same top spot. However, the company has since replaced it with a free offer for GTA Online.
The banner reads “Get a free Sports Car in GTA Online” and clicking on it takes you to a page for this offer with more details. In this page, the company reveal all GTA Online players can claim a free Obey 8F Drafter. This car usually costs $718,000 from Legendary Motorsport.
Start and end date for offer
As you’d expect, this giveaway is a limited time offer so you have from March 7th to March 18th 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET to claim the free car. On their freebie webpage, there will be a CLAIM NOW button and that will activate the deal.
You must then sign in with your Rockstar Games account between March 21st at 10:00 a.m. ET and April 3rd at 11:59 p.m. ET to redeem this offer in-game.
How to redeem the offer in-game
Rockstar Support have listed the full steps and they are as follows:
- Open and sign in to GTA Online with the Rockstar Games account you used to claim the offer
- Open your in-game phone
- Select Internet
- Select Travel And Transportation
- Select the Legendary Motorsport website
- Select 2 DOORS
- Locate and select Obey 8F Drafter
- Select your preferred color
- Select Order
Rockstar note this is “Limited to one redemption per Rockstar Games account” so you can only get this car for free once per account not per character.
Requirements
Rockstar Support do list the full requirements and they are as follows:
- Have signed up for a Rockstar Games account
- Have linked your game/console account to your Rockstar Games account
- Have claimed the offer on this link using a linked Rockstar Games account between March 7, 2024, through March 18, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. ET
- Not have been suspended or banned by Rockstar Games at any time
- Not have already redeemed the offer on the selected Rockstar Games account
