Announced in a newswire post on the Japanese version of Rockstar’s website, fans located in the country are the only ones who can earn some free money. A new Rockstar Games LA studio appears to have been revealed through a job listing this week. Rockstar Games posted a new role just a few days ago for an Electronics Engineer in Los Angeles, California. On their official website for careers the job is listed under Rockstar LA. Rockstar Games, up until this point, did not have a studio called Rockstar LA. Now they have one in the city GTA V’s Los Santos is based on. The teenage GTA 6 leaker behind the massive hack that revealed GTA 6 gameplay and more has been found guilty by a UK jury in court today. 18 year old Arion Kurtaj was accused of hacking and blackmailing companies such as Uber, Nvidia, BT, along with Rockstar Games. After a seven week trial, the jury concluded Kurtaj did in fact do the crimes. A recently released AI mod for GTA V which went viral has been shutdown by Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar Games’ parent company. Earlier this month modder Bloc showcased Sentient Streets, a new story creation mod for GTA 5. It had several key features which definitely would have raised eyebrows at Take-Two sooner or later. Bloc worked with Inworld AI, a character engine for AI NPCs and ElevenLabs, an AI voice generator. This allows real-time text-to-speech for AI and more in GTA V.
