RDRO Event Week: Two New Legendary Animals & New Discounts

This week in Red Dead Online without a single doubt was the toughest time to play with the favour of Monday’s game patch that resulted in constant crashing issues, the lack of NPCs within the world of Red Dead Online and even reports of consoles overheating. Of course, Rockstar quickly resolved most of the issues with Thursday’s patch that rolled back to the prior Naturalist patch. Though, not all the issues are completely resolved but the game is now in a much better state.

A little earlier today, Rockstar finally shared the event week details for Red Dead Online. While unfortunately, this event week will only last until Tuesday, August 18th we still decided to put together a summary of the event week. On the bright side, two new Legendary Animals and a couple of new items were added.

Red Dead Online – New Legendary Animals

Saddle up, Naturalists! Two new Legendary Animals were added on Tuesday. Introducing Legendary Red Streak Coyote located around the Pike’s Basin area, and lastly, the Legendary Red Streak Coyote is found somewhere around the southeast of Strawberry.

Exchanging both the Legendary Coyotes to Gus will let him have the required materials that Gus will craft players the exclusive Barbu Hat that you can’t buy anywhere else! Upon also trading the coyotes to Gus before August 18th, Rockstar will award you with a free Coat of your choice!

Red Dead Online – New Items Added

Over seven new clothing items were to the Wheeler, Rawson & Co. Catalogue with Tuesday’s update.

The following items were added to Red Dead Online:

• Corrales Shirt (Price: 3 Gold Bars)
• Molina Blouse (Price: 3 Gold Bars)
• Hinxman Hat (Price: 6 Gold Bars)
• Fiera Hat (Price: 6 Gold Bars)
• Penstock Pants (Price: 6 Gold Bars)
• Daventry Jacket (Price: $192.50)
• Blackgrave Coat (Price: $165.00)

Red Dead Online – Discounts

For the rest of the week, The Bounty Hunter and the Trader role can partake a whopping additional 50% RDR$ payout bonus. If you haven’t already participated in the roles, Rockstar has discounted the Bucher Table and the Bounty Hunter Licence for 5 Gold Bars off.

Players can also take a 30% off all Bounty Hunter and Trader items, except the Elephant Rifle as stated from Rockstar.

You can also receive a free Horse if you have completed all Sighting Missions from Harriet and have a Rank below 40. You should receive a coupon from Rockstar if you’re eligible.
