New GTA Online Event Week: Halloween Event Begins (Oct 2nd-8th)

It’s another GTA Online Weekly Update and it is a big one. Rockstar Games have begun the Halloween event which will see various activities take place over the course of the month. Plus, we have the the usual rotated bonuses, discounts and more. This Event Week will run from October 2nd through October 8th.

Halloween Content Returns

Rockstar Games have announced that the yearly Halloween event has kicked off and it will last 5 weeks. Across the next month or so, there will be a rotation of classic Adversary Modes, rare cosmetics, collectables and more. Below is a list of what is happening this week:

  • Cayo Perico Survival
  • Jack O’ Lanterns Collectibles
  • Possessed Animals Random Event
  • Island Zombies available in the Survival Creator
  • Beast vs. Slasher Adversary Mode
  • Halloween Masks, Face Paints, Bobbleheads and More

Ludendorff Cemetery Survival will return from October 23rd through November 5th with triple cash and RP. Meanwhile a different Halloween-themed Adversary Mode will take place each week. This includes a brand new Slasher mode taking place on the Ramius Submarine. Below is the calendar:

  • October 2–8: Beast vs. Slasher
  • October 9–15: Judgement Day
  • October 16–22: Slasher (Ramius Submarine)
  • October 23–29: Condemned
  • October 30–November 5: Slasher (includes Ramius Submarine) 

Halloween Rewards

Log into GTA Online by October 8th to claim the Red Yeti Fall Cap. Plus, there is a multi-week challenge with several rewards up for grabs. If you complete the first 3 weeks of Weekly Challenges this month, you’ll unlock the Vinewood Undead Collection. This week’s challenge can be found later in the article. Below is the list of items you’ll unlock after the 3rd challenge being completed:

  • The Slasher Clown Outfit
  • Vinewood Zombie Tee
  • PLEASE STOP ME Mask
  • Skulls Livery for the Mammoth Avenger

Oktoberfest Rewards

Mode Updates

Halloween Community Series is active. Assault on ATT-16 and Special Vehicle Races have been removed.

Podium Vehicle

Prize Ride Challenge

Premium Test Ride Vehicle

Luxury Autos Car Dealership

The GTA Online Luxury Autos Car Dealership located in Rockford Hills has two cars on show for purchase. The cars this week are the Dinka LSCM Jester RR & Vapid Uranus LozSpeed.

Premium Deluxe Motorsport

Simeon’s Auto Shop has five cars available to purchase and test drive in GTA Online. They are the Canis Seminole Frontier, Vapid Clique, Albany Fränken Stange, Declasse Tornado Rat Rod, Chariot Romero Hearse.
