GTA 6 is getting limited edition hardware and it is coming directly from PlayStation. We’ve got all of the information you need to know including when and where to pre-order.
Special Vice City Designs
During Thursday’s State of Play, PlayStation announced the Grand Theft Auto VI Limited-Edition DualSense Wireless Controllers. They are similar to a standard PS5 controller but have a special GTA VI look to it. There will be two models: black and white. These are the primary colours of the controllers.
The main difference between these and standard DualSense pads is the glittery Vice City gradient on the bottom portion. It blends blue, pink and purple. Both controllers also feature special palm tree molding on the left and right sides. This is raised plastic giving it a distinct feel in the hand. The VI logo has been printed onto the touch bad and you’ll find the face and d-pad buttons are pink too.
The black and white limited-edition DualSense wireless controllers each capture the essence of Vice City, from bright days along the coast to vibrant city nights. Both editions feature a shimmering, color-shifting finish that brings together the hues of a Vice City sunset and the glow of neon lights. They both also feature custom palm tree details molded directly into the controller, adding a unique tactile element alongside official Grand Theft Auto VI branding.

GTA VI DualSense Price And Pre-Order Info
Both the Grand Theft Auto VI Limited Edition DualSense Controllers will release on November 19th 2026 for $84.99 USD/ ¥12,480 (including tax) / €84.99/ £74.99. These have been made in limited quantities globally so once they sell out, no more will be made.
The two models will go up for pre-order on September 10th at 7:00am PT/10:00am ET in the United States, 10:00am local time in the UK, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The pre-order can be made through direct.playstation.com. In Portugal, players can pre-order through Playstation.com/store/hardware. There will be free launch day delivery.
