Rockstar Games have just put an advert for GTA+ on the GTA 6 PlayStation Store listing. This has led to many fans speculating Trailer 3’s release is imminent and pre-orders will be opening soon.
Over the past few weeks, lots of GTA fans have taken to social media to discuss various theories involving a new trailer, a delay and more. Whilst some some theories are baseless and others have been debunked, this one is at least tangible. However, it might simply be a coincidence.
First spotted by Reddit user DetectiveSea2892 and posted to the r/GTA subreddit, checking out the GTA VI product page on a PS5 will now display a promo for GTA+, the monthly subscription service. Whilst some fans were quick to say this is fake or was not new, it has been since clarified by many other users to be a legitimate and recent addition. It is unknown exactly what day it was added. This also only appears on the PS5 console store and not the website. It is also not present on the Xbox store listing.
Curiously, other Rockstar Games titles, such as the GTA Trilogy which are featured in GTA+, do not have this same advertisement. It was only previously on the GTA V and GTA Online pages. You can take a look at what it looks on the GTA VI page like below.

It’s a simple GTA+ block that lists a lot of what is included. Nothing special and is what we’ve seen before.
What Could This Mean?
Whilst many fans would love this to be a hint pre-orders will he opening today or any day now, it might not mean anything. It could have been a mistake for all we know or that Rockstar just want to promote their subscription service on a store page many people are visiting. After all, a new GTA+ month will begin on Thursday. We’ll be covering what’s included in the 44th iteration of GTA+ when it goes live later this week.

In other news, around 40 Rockstar Games staff have been sacked according to a union. This has led to a back and forth with Rockstar’s parent company and a number of unions. Find out more here.
