In a somewhat confusing move, The Pan European Game Information, also known as PEGI, has re-rated Grand Theft Auto and Grand Theft Auto 2, for the PlayStation 3.

With a release date of 30th April 2020, the ratings were submitted by Take-Two Interactive Software Europe ltd, with GTA receiving a rating of 16, and GTA 2 receiving a rating of 18.

This has led to people on Twitter claiming and speculating that the PS1 games will be coming to PS Now, by re-releasing them for PlayStation 3.

This is an unusual move if we get any more information we’ll be sure to keep you updated. It could be nothing, back in 2017 GTA Vice City Stories and Liberty City Stories were both rated for the PlayStation 4, and nothing came of that.
