Rockstar Games have released yet another background patch for GTA Online one month on from the release of the A Safehouse in the Hills update.
This one has several fixes for problems relating to the all-new Mission Creator. Mansions also see a problem addressed. This latest update came as part of the latest Event Week that runs through January 21st.
For those unaware, background updates from Rockstar fix issues without the need of downloading an actual update. It is all handled server side. Rockstar have put out multiple background updates and a downloadable update one in the past month.
Patch Notes

Rockstar Games published the patch notes for this update on their support site. Below are all of the improvements:
Mansions
- Fixed an issue that resulted in players dying and respawning outside their Mansion after using the Mansion’s Fast Travel service
Rockstar Mission Creator
- Fixed an issue that resulted in players being unable to grab loot when there were multiple lootable objects in the mission
- Fixed an issue that resulted in Secondary Weapon settings on vehicles persisting between Mission Creator launches
- Fixed an issue that resulted in Ammo Quantity Type settings persisting between Mission Creator launches
- Fixed an issue that resulted in auto critical and auto aim assist settings persisting between Mission Creator launches
- Fixed an issue that resulted in Go To Range values persisting between Mission Creator launches
- Fixed an issue that resulted in Shooting Range values persisting between Mission Creator launches
- Fixed an issue that resulted in Force Camera View settings persisting between Mission Creator launches
