Over the past few weeks, Rockstar Games have been giving out long-awaited police uniforms. However, there have been a few issues affecting many GTA Online players. Rockstar have issued a statement and are addressing the issues.
On September 11th, Rockstar Games launched the Neighborhood Watch Event. This allowed players to unlock the Summer LSPD Officer Outfit. There was and still is an issue saving the outfit for some due to the hat being “blacklisted”. Remove the hat to save it.
Then the event continued this past week with the ability to unlock the Winter LSPD Officer with Tie Outfit through September 24th. Players earn the outfit by completing 3 Dispatch Work missions. However, many people who did the objectives have reported not earning this police outfit.
Rockstar Support posted in the official Rockstar Discord server on the 19th that they were at least aware of the issue. Late last night, a follow up was posted. They posted in the Discord server and on Twitter that they have “identified the issue” with this week’s weekly challenge. The company are now “the process of correcting affected accounts.”

So if you are affected, you should receive the outfit soon. Some in the community have reported receiving it when logging into the game. Anyone who continues to complete the weekly challenge before September 25th, they’ll earn the outfit within 72 hours of completion.
Don’t forget you can purchase the Declasse Park Ranger SUV to receive the Summer Park Ranger Outfit this week. Existing owners of the vehicle will get it within 72 hours of logging into GTA Online. Owners who log in next week will also be gifted the Winter Park Ranger with Tie Outfit.
