More GTA 6 details are coming plus details on just how well GTA V and GTA Online continues to do have been revealed. Rockstar Games‘ parent company Take-Two Interactive held their yearly meeting with investors on Thursday. The company does this every year. It is called “Take-Two Interactive Software Inc’s 2025 Virtual Annual Shareholder Meeting“.
This year has been a big year for Take-Two. From the release of Borderlands 4 and Mafia: The Old Country to GTA 6’s delay and second trailer. So they had a lot to put in their annual report.
These meetings are different from the quarterly earnings presentations that see CEO Strauss Zelnick discuss the success of Rockstar Games’ titles over a recent 3 month period or release of financial reports. The next quarterly investor call will take place in around two month’s time. The most recent report was in August.
GTA 6 Talk From Take-Two

In their annual report document, Take-Two mentioned GTA 6 briefly. They said following the release of two trailers in 2023 and this past May, Rockstar “will share more details in the future”. Plus, they reiterate GTA VI is still targeting a release on May 26th 2026.
“As we bring our exciting lineup to market, including Grand Theft
Auto VI in Fiscal 2027, we expect to achieve record levels of Net Bookings that will establish a new baseline for our business and set us on a path of enhanced profitability.” – Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick
As for GTA V, GTA Online and Red Dead Redemption, Take-Two stated in this annual report just how big of money makers they are. They share Grand Theft Auto games have contributed 12.6% to their net revenue for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025.
