A new award record has been set by GTA RP streamer Fanum. The past weekend QTCinderella’s The Streamer Awards take place in Los Angeles once again. This is the fifth year they have happened and this time there were 37 different categories.
A mainstay category is “Best Roleplay Streamer” which usually contains the top GTA RP talent. This year, GTA RP content creator Fanum was nominated once again alongside other content creators OfficerMesser, Lord_Kebun, Legends of Avantris and Kaysan.
“Streamer who delivers the most entertaining role-playing (RP) content in games like GTA RP, Rust, VRChat, Ark, Dungeons & Dragons, and more.” – The Streamer Awards
Fanum won the award making it his 3rd win for the category in a row having been nominated and victorious in 2023 and 2024. A new record for this category. Whilst most popular RP streamers are part of nopixel, Fanum plays on the server he owns: District10 server. Fanum accepted the award at the event and had a speech:
“Ayo. Big 6mob. Big Cam Tucker and Big New York. You right. Yeah! Ayo, real quick. What’s the word fam? Shout-out the District10. Shout-out the GTA RP. I love it. I realise it’s my third time winning. I’m addicted I ain’t gonna lie. W GTA. W Rockstar. Shout-out to everybody I love ya’ll. I appreciate ya’ll.”
Meanwhile, the annual NoPixel Music Awards were cancelled this year. Wetbow aka Party Hardy announced in September that he will no longer be taking part in GTA RP’s music scene. This came just before Rockstar and nopixel announced they’d be teaming up to work on nopixel 5.
