Today in Grand Theft Auto: Online, a brand new update was released, called San Andreas Mercenaries, which added a lot of new content to the game but it also removed even more content.
Rockstar Games also added more locked content behind the files, mainly upcoming vehicles that will be drip-fed to the game over the coming months, but also some Halloween content. Halloween isn’t for another 4 months, so we can expect to see drip-fed content for a while now.
Although it doesn’t reveal much, some props were found within the PC files of the game including a Ghost version of Johnny Klebitz from GTA IV: The Lost And Damned.
Halloween Event & Livery
Revealed by WildBrick142 on Twitter, the upcoming Halloween Event will be called Ghosts Exposed. Between 8pm until 6am a Ghost will spawn in a different location every hour. You need to take a picture of all 10 Ghosts and you will be rewarded with the Ghosts Exposed livery.

Also found in the files from BillysLiamGTA are 3 more props. A coffin, a crate of Pumpkins and a Ghost Zombie. There is no indication of what these props will be used for.

BillysLiamGTA also revealed that New Halloween Score was added within the files along side todays update.
A Love Fist themed Livery From Grand Theft Auto: Vice City for the RPG was also found, although not Halloween related, it looks pretty cool
