GTA 6 previews are happening right now according to a reputable journalist . This is not the source of the recent GTA 6 gameplay leak. As we reported on last night, someone began leaking GTA 6 gameplay videos and map and now the floodgates may open. People are talking including credible publications and reporters.
According to Tom Henderson of Insider Gaming who is considered reliable, he understands “previews of GTA 6 are underway”. There is an assumption this links to the upcoming Netflix-first extended look at the game.
Henderson adds that some gaming publications and content creators have remained silent over the recent leaks. We have not. Henderson believes those keeping quiet have access to GTA VI right now. Talking about such leaks could damage their relationship with Rockstar Games.
In contrast, the ever reliable NateTheHate dismissed these claims on ResetEra. The leaker, who has an astonishing track record, said “Um…. unless a new round of previews are underway, this claim isn’t accurate”.
As NateTheHate says the leaked footage from Tuesday is over a year old and Insider Gaming questioned if this footage was from the preview event, he may have thought they definitively meant it did come from a current preview. Reading between the lines, Nate has known press and possibly content creators have already played GTA VI at some point.
