Rockstar Games have confirmed to PCGamer that an update will be coming to fix GTA Online terrible loading times by 70% after a GTA Online fan found a way to fix it. Gordon Hall, the man who founded Rockstar Leeds in 1997 has sadly passed away at 51 years of age. The news was first reported by GamesIndustry. Hall founded Rockstar Leeds back when it was called Mรถbius Entertainment Limited and created games such as Barbie Horse Adventures, Bionicle, and Max Payne until it was acquired by Rockstar Games in 2004. Take-Two Interactive, the owners of Rockstar Games, have shut down a fan-created project that reversed engineered GTA 3 and GTA Vice City. The project, created by a small group of GTA Fans over the course of a few years, reversed engineered the two games, along with releasing fan-created source code for both of the games which were available on Github.
