Take-Two Interactive, the Publishers of games such as Red Dead Redemption and the Grand Theft Auto Series, have officially pulled its $980 Million offer to purchase British game developer, Codemasters. Around a month ago, Take-Two Interactive was outbid by EA, with EA coming in with a $1.2 Billion offer to purchase Codemasters, which has now caused Take-Two to pull its offer entirely now, according to VGC, Codemasters have failed to hold a Shareholder meeting before 12th January 2021 which has allowed TTI to pull its offer.
