The next GTA Online update, A Safehouse in the Hills, has been fully unveiled by Rockstar and wow, there is a lot to take in. Aside from Michael returning, the new properties contain a ton of new rooms, content and so much more than anyone expected. We’ll be taking a look at everything Rockstar has published including many screenshots.
Mansion Locations
Rockstar have confirmed all of this information as part of a new webpage on their site. It details what Prix Luxury Real Estate have on offer for you across their three new properties. One is located in the Tongva Hills near the Pacific Ocean. The second is set in Richman and another is closer to the Vinewood sign.
Exterior Features
Take a look at what you can do outside your house. From owning pets to resting in the pool or doing yoga and workouts. There’s something for everyone.

All Prix Luxury mansions will feature the state-of-the-art AI concierge named Haviland. There are three distinct personas to choose from. It will also feature Production Boosts for your businesses.

Each mansion comes with a Private Security Team that will patrol your land and protect it. You can also host a party in your mansion.
Interior Features
Inside, you’ll be able to relax, play or work. You can have your haircut in private, rest and watch in a movie theatre and more.

Customisation
There are tons of interior customisation options for mansions. Firstly, you can choose from three distinct styles found below.

On top of that, there is a selection of optional upgrades to add onto your purchase. This includes a podium to display a vehicle of your choice, an armoury, arcade and vehicle workshop.
GTA Online’s A Safehouse in the Hills update will release on Wednesday December 10th 2025 at the usual time of 10am GMT.
