Rockstar Games have started a new promotion for GTA Online to boost player’s bank accounts before The Kortz Center Heist update releases this month. It is expected to be expensive once again given Rockstar are doing promotions such as this new one and a way to save money.
Rockstar are offering a “Special Offer” 40% bonus on select GTA Online Shark Cards. This means if you purchase a Megalodon, Whale, or Great White Shark Card by 11:59 pm ET on August 6th 2026, you will be given 40% extra of its value for no extra price. Below are the base Shark Card values and their 40% bonus values:
- Great White Shark Card: $1,500,000 > $2,100,000 (600k Free)
- Whale Shark Card: $4,250,000 > $5,950,000 (600k Free)
- Megalodon Shark Card: $10,000,000 > $14,000,000 (4m Free)
How To Claim This Offer
To take advantage of this offer, you must claim it on the GTA Online page on Rockstar Games’ website. Once you’ve got it open, you’ll see a section saying “Get 40% Bonus GTA$ on Qualifying Shark Cards” and a CLAIM NOW button as seen in the screenshot below. You need to have claimed this by 11:59 pm ET on July 22nd 2026.
Clicking it will ask you to sign in if you are not already and then you’ll see the screen below that shows your accounts and that you have successfully claimed the offer. It also states you have until 11:59 pm ET on August 5th 2026 to purchase a Shark Card that will get the 40% bonus. You are limited to 5 qualifying Shark Cards getting this this offer. These will be the next 5 you purchase after claiming the offer.
GTA+ members already get 15% extra on Shark Cards already. The 40% offer does not stack. It will change from 15% to 40% for those first 5 purchases.
GTA$ from Shark Card purchases and bonuses from qualifying Shark Card purchases may take up to 72 hours to appear in players’ Maze Bank accounts.
