Pointed out by TezFunz2 on Twitter, Rockstar Games are currently resetting GTA Online Characters, levels, Money, progress, and inventory if you have abused the Casino Chip Glitch. Some players are also only having money removed. Depending on how much Rockstar wants to punish you.
Rockstar Support have also confirmed this on the Rockstar Support website.
