A new GTA Online promotion offers a month of GTA+, the in-game subscription service, at a new low price. Titled as “GTA+: Intro Month Discount Offer”, this offer has just gone live for all GTAO players on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
So far Rockstar Games are yet to publicly announce or even comment on this promotion but we noticed on the two console’s stores that this offer had begun on Tuesday.
Typically, GTA+ costs $5.99 / £4.99 / €5,99 a month for a variety of exclusive perks. Some of these benefits are only available for that specific month but there are some permanent once such as upgraded Taxi Services, free GTA$500K cash, Shark Card bonuses and more.
GTA+ Discount Details
For the first time, Rockstar have discounted GTA Plus by 80% to just $0.99 / £0.79 / €0,99 as an introductory offer for those who are yet to check out GTA+.
The PlayStation store states the promotion ends on Tuesday May 30th at 08:59 GMT. If you do subscribe, you can cancel it before you are billed the standard fee.

Given that the latest month of rewards begun on May 11th and Rockstar say a single membership is 28 days long, it appears that you will be able to claim this set of perks plus the next set on June 8th. In theory, you will get two months of GTA+ benefits for less than a dollar instead of $11.98.
GTA+ doing well?
It was just last week that Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar’s parent company, reported GTA+ was doing well. Their CEO Strauss Zelnick claimed “GTA+ has also seen continued growth and they say it has had a positive reception.” His full remarks on GTA Online can be found here in our report.
