The next GTA Online update, The Kortz Center Heist, is coming next month. That’s right, the first proper heist in almost 6 years is coming to GTA Online in a few short weeks.
That’s according to Rockstar Games’ latest Newswire post. We’ve got all of the details and screenshots you need ahead of yet another mid-year summer DLC. The new update was first teased by Rockstar recently but details of what this DLC have been scarce until now.
New Heist Details
Rockstar say this update is all about the the world-famous art gallery, the Kortz Center, that’s located on the the hills of Pacific Bluffs. The Kortz Center Heist will be the setting for your next big score.
To do this heist, you’ll need to buy the Art Studio to your mansion, analyse the Kortz Center, then pick an approach before going in.
Rockstar say more details for this update will be published in the near future.
Heist Prep
Rockstar say they will be bringing ways to prepare for this heist to GTA Online over the coming weeks.
There will be “special events” offering big bonuses and rewards plus “record-breaking discounts”. One of these discounts will be a GTA$2,000,000 reduction on mansions for GTA+ members. On top of that, Shark Cards will now get a 40% bonus no matter which one you buy or if you have GTA+ or not. Additionally, there will be a Fine Art Collector program launching soon. This will let you “claim rare and exclusive treasures”. You should expect more details on these potentially as early as tomorrow with the beginning of an all-new event week.
When Will The Kortz Center Heist Release?
The next GTA Online DLC will release on Tuesday 14th July based on the current GTA+ end date. It is currently unknown if Rockstar will offer pre-loading for the update.
