Rockstar Games have only just released the latest GTA Online update titled Money Fronts but they have already begun teasing what’s coming to GTA Online later this year. For the past few years, Rockstar have put out a new DLC for GTA Online every June and December with this summer’s dropping on Tuesday.
Whilst we are still potentially 6 months away from this winter’s GTA Online update, we know what it will contain: purchasable mansions. In this article we’ll be going over the bit of information we know so far including what appears to be an in-game event which will see construction take place over time.
Much like every GTA Online update, dataminers have been hard at work examining the GTA V game files. Community member Floorball discovered text strings shortly after the release of the Money Fronts update that confirms mansions will be purchasable from a new business.
The text first text string is called “Prix Luxury Real Estate”, the game of the new business that will sell the mansions. Meanwhile the second text string says “You have earned an exclusive discount
on a future property purchase with Prix Luxury Real Estate. They will be in contact again soon when properties become available.”
This confirms Prix Luxury Real Estate will be the company you’ll be able to buy new, large properties from. We also can earn a discount in the current update for a mansion coming to the game at a later date. More info will be shared by Rockstar in due time.
Floorball also found other text strings relating to the tease of mansions:
- Visit Yellow Blip Real Estate to help Mr Faber’s client with their luxury property development.
- Visit Yellow Blip Real Estate to continue helping Mr Faber’s client with their luxury property development.
- Press -INPUT_CONTEXT~ to start New Listings Due Diligence.
- Press -INPUT_CONTEXT~ to start New Listings Hard Deadlines.
- Press -INPUT_CONTEXT~ to start New Listings Fixes & Fittings.
In-Game Building Event?
Whilst the Mile High Club building never actually being developed over the course of more than a decade, it appears Rockstar might actually be doing some building work but for mansions. As part of the tease for these new homes, Rockstar could start a construction event. Spotted by @HeySlickThatsMe, there are two locations in the files that feature construction props. You can see what it would look like in-game in the image above.
This development is certainly music to many GTA Online players’ ears. If you’ve been around for a while, you will know fans have asked for purchasable mansions since the game’s launch in 2013. Some people even have created fake rumours of these new properties for over a decade now. As we are in the final few months of GTA Online before GTA VI, it seems like mansions will be part of the final GTA Online update.

All I can say is WOW 😲……We been waiting YEARS for this! Most of us have moved on from wanting this, but I can see how this may bring back alot of ol’ heads, to the game. If Rockstar was to go Big with one of the last final gta online updates before finally moving on with GTA 6, then this kinda make sense. Like a last Hoorah! 🤔😂. Whelp ok. I’m curious to see how this goes.
