A Twitch Streamer and manager for Shawn Fonteno’s (Actor for Franklin Clinton) has been arrested for Human Trafficking.
The Twitch Streamer, who is named as Zavian Leon Jones and goes by the Online name as WaterHimself has been arrested on charges of Human Trafficking by the Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children task force on January 22nd 2024.
The 23 Year Old was known for Roleplaying in multiple Grand Theft Auto V FiveM Servers as a child named JoJo????? and was also known as one of the Managers for Shawn Fonteno (The Actor of Franklin Clinton in Grand Theft Auto V) roleplay Server that launched around 6 Months ago.
The arrest warrant included charges of Human Trafficking (commercial sexual activity, victim under 12), four counts of procuring a minor by electronic means and use of a minor under 16 in a sexual performance. The crimes allegedly happened between October 1st 2023 and November 7th 2023.
WaterHimself had his Twitch account banned on February 1st 2024, just a few days after he was arrested for the above charges. He is still listed on the Franklin World Roleplay Server as one of the Management team although apparently he was removed from the server and no longer has access. If you mention WaterHimself in the roleplay Discord server, the messages get removed by the mods, although the team have kept quiet about the situation.
Just a few days, a True Bill was returned on Zavian Jones charges, meaning the Grand Jury has heard sufficient evidence against Jones.
