GTA V and GTA Online are coming to PlayStation Plus this month for gamers who have an eligible tier. PlayStation announced on Wednesday the list of games that will be coming to their subscription service. Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online have come and gone from PS+ a few times but they are back later this month.
There are many titles coming to the various PlayStation Plus tiers with GTA V being the headline act. Topping the list on the blog post and taking up space in the promotional image, GTA V is a big get for PS+.
PlayStation brought GTA V into PS+ last December and it remained for 6 months. Meanwhile GTA San Andreas left the service last month.
When will PS+ get it?
The game is coming to subscribers of PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium on November 19th. What this entails is if you do not own the game digitally and you are signed up to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium, you get the full game to download.
You can play this game as you own it until PlayStation/Rockstar remove it. This is typically 6 months based on the past few times it has been in the service. PlayStation Plus Essential Members will not get access at all however.
The addition of GTA V and GTA Online in the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog comes a few weeks ahead of the big December update. If you don’t own GTA V on PS5 digitally and want to check out GTA with its next gen features, this is a great time to do so with PlayStation+.
