It’s a big new content Event Week in GTA Online! New vehicles have arrived alongside a weapon forb everyone and more Creator Mode options. There are plenty and discounts, bonuses and more live in the game. This week runs from January 9th through January 15th.
New Vehicle
The Vapid Firebolt ASP, an off-road vehicle, can be now be purchased from Southern San Andreas Super Autos Vehicles for $1,894,500. It can also be unlocked for free for completing the Tier 4 challenges in the Agents of Sabotage section of Career Progress.
New Weapon
The El Strickler Military Rifle is now available to all players. It has previously been exclusive to GTA+ members for the past month or so but now is purchasable from the Gun Van for $590,750. This is on a 10% discount from $695,000. You do not need an active GTA+ subscription. This weapon is only in the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S version of GTA Online.
Creator Mode Updates
Rockstar Games have added new options in the Creator mode for Transform Races in the form of the Random Transform Race Creator. There’s also double money for Random Transform Races and even a related weekly challenge as well. Simply create a job with the Creator to earn $100,000.
Community Series
Rockstar Games have rotated Community Series Jobs for GTA Online. These are exclusive to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S as they showcase the increased prop limits and HSW upgrades found on these consoles. The several new community creations also have triple money and RP earnable on them this week. For Xbox One, PS4 and PC, players on those platforms can expect different jobs.
Removed and Returning Modes
This week, Rockstar Games have removed Trap Door. They have brought back Unknown/Known Transform Races with double money and RP.
FIB Priority File
The FIB Priority File in GTA Online this week is The Project Breakaway File. Priority Files pay out double.

- The Gangbanger Robbery: Albany Roosevelt Valor
- The Cargo Ship Robbery: Bravado Greenwood
Podium Vehicle
This week at the Casino in GTA Online, take your daily spin with the lucky wheel for your chance to win the Declasse Impaler LX, which costs $1,465,000 from Southern San Andreas Super Autos.
Prize Ride Challenge
This week in GTA Online, place top 3 in a LS Car Meet Race for 2 days in a row to unlock the Vapid Caracara 4×4 as the Prize Ride vehicle. It costs $875,000 from Southern San Andreas Super Autos.
Premium Test Ride Vehicle
This week’s GTA Online Premium Test Ride Vehicle is the Vapid Firebolt ASP for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S players.
Test Track Vehicles
This week’s GTA Online Test Track Vehicles are the Bravado Verlierer, Coil Raiden & LCC Avarus.
Luxury Autos Car Dealership
The GTA Online Luxury Autos Car Dealership located in Rockford Hills has two cars on show for purchase. The cars this week are the Benefactor Vorschlaghammer & Vapid Firebolt ASP.
Premium Deluxe Motorsport
Simeon’s Auto Shop has five cars available to purchase and test drive in GTA Online. They are the Benefactor XLS, Dewbauchee Massacro, Dewbauchee Rapid GT Cabrio, LCC Innovation & Western Rat Bike.
Gun Van Contents
Rockstar have enabled the Gun Van to be visible for all players on the map for the next 4 weeks.
