2024 has just begun and so has a big week in GTA Online! From a new vehicle to challenges, rewards and more, find out everything happening in GTA Online this week below.
New Declasse Park Ranger Vehicle
The Declasse Park Ranger is now available in GTA Online from Warstock Cache and Carry. It costs $2,980,000 or $2,235,000 with trade price discount.
This vehicle is exclusive to the PS5 & Xbox Series X|S consoles. To purchase it, you must take a photo of an animal in the Shoot Animals photography challenge.
If you’d like to unlock the trade price, take 10 photos in this challenge. If you want the Park Ranger for free, take a photo of every animal in the Wildlife Photography Challenge.
New Shoot Animals photography Challenge
Rockstar Games have launched something new, the “Shoot Animals photography” Challenge. Making use of the newly found animals across San Andreas, you can earn some rewards for taking stills of them on your in-game phone.
Each animal you successfully take a photo of as part of this challenge will grant you GTA$20000 and 500 RP. You send up to 3 per day to the LS Tourist Board. Doing this for the first time will unlock the Zoophilist Outfit. Taking your first photo will grant you access to purchase the new Declasse Park Ranger.
Plus, taking 10 photos in total for this challenge will unlock the trade price for the Declasse Park Ranger. On top of that, if you manage to take a photo of every animal in the Wildlife Photography Challenge you will unlock the Declasse Park Ranger.
This challenge is only available on PS5 & Xbox Series X|S due to the wildlife being limited to those platforms.
Peyote Plants Return
Peyote Plants have returned to GTA Online. If you consume one of the plants found across the map, you’ll turn into one of several animals. It’s raining cats and dogs in San Andreas!

- Enus Deity – The McTony Robbery
- Lampadati Casco – The Duggan Robbery
- Vapid Ellie – The Cargo Ship Robbery
Payphone Hits changes
Changes have been made to Payphone Hits according to community member @PLTytus. The cooldown is now 10 minutes, down from 48 minutes. The kill method bonus was $70,000 but has been reduced to $30k and the kill method bonus for participant was $30k but is now $10k.
Podium Vehicle
This week at the Casino, take your daily spin with the lucky wheel for your chance to win the Declasse Hotring Sabre, which costs $830,000 from Southern San Andreas Super Autos.
Prize Ride Challenge
This week in GTA Online, place top 3 in a LS Car Meet Race for 3 days in a row to unlock the Declasse Tulip as the Prize Ride vehicle. It costs $718,000 from Southern San Andreas Super Autos.
Premium Test Ride Vehicle
This week’s Premium Test Ride Vehicle is the Pfister Astron Custom for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S players.
Test Track Vehicles
This week’s Test Track Vehicles are the Dewbauchee Seven-70, Grotti GT500 & Übermacht SC1.
Dealership Content
The Luxury Autos Car Dealership located in Rockford Hills has two cars on show for purchase. This week’s cars are the Karin Vivanite & Vapid Dominator GT.
