It’s a big week in GTA Online for Christmas! This year’s Festive Surprise Event is now live and we have all of the details in this article. From a new vehicle, snow covering the map, to a Yeti hunt and even themed weapons, a lot is going on this holiday.
New Vehicles
The Bravado Dorado
The Bravado Dorado has been released by Rockstar into GTA Online as part of The Chop Shop update drip-feed. You can purchase it for $1,375,000 from Southern San Andreas Super Autos.
Brute Boxville (LSDS)
The Brute Boxville (LSDS) has been released by Rockstar into GTA Online as part of The Chop Shop update drip-feed. You can purchase it for $475,000 from Warstock Cache & Carry. This is a Pegasus vehicle.
Festive Surprise Event
Events
- Happy Holidays Hauler: (Cooldown is 60 minutes, Availability is every 30 minutes)
- Weazel Plaza Shootout: (Cooldown is 20 minutes, Availability is every 10 minutes between 8pm and 6am in-game time. You must be within 400 meters of Weazel Plaza, win to unlock Snowman Finish for the WM 29 Pistol Skin)
- The Gooch: (Cooldown is 48 minutes, Availability is every 20 minutes, defeat The Gooch to get The Gooch outfit)
- Snowmen Collectibles (Find and kill 25 Snowmen to receive the Snowman Outfit)
- Yeti Hunt (Find and kill the Yeti to receive the Yeti Outfit)
Festive Jobs
- Snowball Deathmatches
- Entourage (Festive Remix) (Complete this to to unlock the Snowman Finish for the Combat Pistol. Complete 5 matches to earn the Skull Santa Finish for the Special Carbine. If you suceed at this whilst playing as Santa, you’ll get the Santa’s Helper Finish for the Heavy Sniper)

Log into GTA Online through December 27th to unlock these items for free:

Prize Ride Challenge
This week in GTA Online, win a LS Car Meet Race for 3 days in a row to unlock the Declasse Tahoma Coupe as the Prize Ride vehicle. It costs $1,500,000 from Southern San Andreas Super Autos.
Premium Test Ride Vehicle
This week’s Premium Test Ride Vehicle is the Karin Vivanite for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S players.
