GTA Online just got a new Content Event Week! Running from August 22nd through 28th, it comes with a brand new mode, rewards, bonuses, discounts and more. Check out everything happening in GTA Online this week down below!
New Mode
A brand new Adversary Mode is now live in GTA Online. Titled Assault on ATT-16, it is a multi-stage event. It begins with an airborne assault on Fort Zancudo. Stage Two is where a full-scale offensive on the USS Luxington occurs. You have to dismantle its defences to open its most secure hangar them steal the R&D VTOL jet. It supports two teams and requires a minimum of 8 players and can have up to 30.
It has also replaced Assault on Cayo Perico for the time being. To celebrate the launch of this mode, it comes with double cash and RP and has a weekly challenge attached to it. Win two rounds of the Assault on ATT-16 adversary mode to earn that weekly $100k.
Removed Modes
Rockstar Games have removed several modes from GTA Online. They said they’ll be rotating in and out series/modes “to improve matchmaking and make space for new GTA Online Modes”. Below is the full list provided by Tez2.

This week at the Casino in GTA Online, take your daily spin with the lucky wheel for your chance to win the Dinka Jester Classic, which costs $790,000 from Legendary Motorsport.
Prize Ride Challenge
This week in GTA Online, place Top 2 LS Car Meet Race for 4 days in a row to unlock the Dewbauchee Vagner as the Prize Ride vehicle. It costs $1,535,000 from Legendary Motorsport.
Premium Test Ride Vehicle
This week’s GTA Online Premium Test Ride Vehicle is the Shitzu Hakuchou Drag for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S players.
Test Track Vehicles
This week’s GTA Online Test Track Vehicles are the Emperor ETR1, Lampadati Pigalle & Pfister Comet SR.
Luxury Autos Car Dealership
The GTA Online Luxury Autos Car Dealership located in Rockford Hills has two cars on show for purchase. The cars this week are the Übermacht Niobe & Enus Paragon S.
Premium Deluxe Motorsport
Simeon’s Auto Shop has five cars available to purchase and test drive in GTA Online. They are the Överflöd Imorgon, Übermacht SC1, Dinka Jester, Vulcar Warrener & Dinka Double-T.
