Rockstar Games just released the latest GTA Online update titled San Andreas Mercenaries which includes a new battle pass inspired menu. This is for the brand new Career Progress feature that is intended to make it easier for you to track your criminal work you’ve done in GTA Online and in the future.
This feature is FREE and not a paid system and is only available on Xbox Series X|S and PS5.

Career Progress Menus
To access this new menu, you’ll find it as a new tab in GTA Online’s Pause Menu in-between Online and Friends.
Upon selecting it, you’ll see two tabs, one for progress of missions such as heists, businesses, contact missions and more. The other tab is rewards. This lets you quickly claim a selection of rewards issues for completing various “tiers”.
These tiers have various challenges part of them. Completing all of the challenges on a tier will grant you a reward. Press X or Square to expand the tier and view its challenges.

As stated above, completing a tier will over you a reward and you can find out the rewards by pressing either the A or X button on a selected tier. Here are the San Andreas Mercenaries update tier rewards:
How to claim rewards
You can claim rewards from selecting a tier you’ve completed or visit the rewards tab. Here you can view all of the rewards, locked or unlocked. Pressing Y or Triangle will sort the unclaimed rewards to the front.
