Rockstar Games have removed the data they recently added to the GTA 6 store listing. This comes after a leak that revealed title IDs for Grand Theft Auto IV. This is the latest step in Rockstar Games gearing up for GTA VI’s release.
Last week, dataminer PlayStationSize tweeted that Rockstar Games and take two had uploaded two title IDs for GTA VI onto the PlayStation Store. PPSA01547_00 and PPSA29660_00. This was a backend change something PlayStationSize specializes in seeking out.
Due to this development, speculation began to spread like wildfire on social media. Some fans suggested two IDs meant there would be two additions of the game a standard version and deluxe edition. This was debunked by both the dataminer and a PS5 game developer. Meanwhile others think this could mean pre-orders going live very soon which PlayStationSize said feels like a logical step forward.
Say Sorry, Be Nice!

Now Rockstar Games have decided they don’t want those IDs in the system or to be used. According to another dataminer known as @yAmethxst, both title IDs have been “delisted”. Some fans were actually able to use the IDs and an exploit to add the game to their account. It made it seem like they have played GTA 6 already on their profile. This is the likely reason for the removal by Rockstar and no change to the pre-order plans.
No punishment was made to the PlayStation accounts that did this either. It was a harmless exploit. Accounts that did take part in this gag, have proved GTA 6 has been removed from their account’s play activity with no penalty. Did you attempt this with your account?
