It has been announced that Grand Theft Auto VI has been nominated for the most Anticipated Game of the year award.
The Game Awards 2024 is only a few weeks away, with the show happening on December 12th 2024, and they have now revealed all their categories and nominations for people to vote for their favourite Video Games.
Most Anticipated Game
Rockstar Games upcoming game, Grand Theft Auto VI which is due to release within the next 12 months has been nominated for most anticipated game award. Competing with 4 other games. The other four games in the category is Death Stranding 2: On The Beach, Ghost of YΕtei, Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, and Monster Hunter Wilds. You can vote for your favourite game in this category here. Voting closes on December 11th 2024, just a day before the show goes live.
Although Rockstar Games haven’t been nominated for any other category (We’re sure when GTA 6 releases it’ll be in almost every category possible) its worth pointing out that 2K Games, Visual Concepts and Hangar 13, which are a few other studios under the Take-Two Interactive umbrella have had a few nominations.
In the best Sports / Racing category, 2K have been nominated for 3 out of 5 games. The games being WWE 2K24, Top Spin 2K25, and NBA 2K25.
The other two games are both from EA Sports which are obviously F1 2024 and EA Sports FC 25. You can vote for you favourite here.
