The new GTA Online update titled Money Fronts comes with several new business properties to purchase. In this article we will be showing you all of the new business properties along with their prices and where to buy them from. These businesses have been staples of Los Santos for many years but now interaction with them has levelled up to the point you can own them.
Hands On Car Wash
The Hands On Car Wash, located in Strawberry, is the first business you can purchase as part of the Money Fronts update. It costs $1,000,000 on the Maze Bank Foreclosures website in-game. You can also select a different tint of the building’s interior for $10,000.
Higgins Helitours
The Higgins Helitours business, located in Vespucci, is purchasable for $900,000 on the Maze Bank Foreclosures website in-game. Your Air Freight Cargo earnings will be increased following the purchase of this property. You can also select a different tint of the building’s interior for $10,000. Plus you’re able to spawn your own personal helicopters.
Smoke On The Water
The Smoke On The Water dispensary, located in Vespucci, is purchasable for $850,000 on the Maze Bank Foreclosures website in-game. Your Weed Farm earnings will be increased following the purchase of this property. You can also select a different tint of the building’s interior for $10,000.

This summer’s GTA Online update is titled Money Fronts. It is centred around buying new businesses such as the car wash in Strawberry and turning them into fronts for illegal activity. However, there is real risk. Heat will be generated from your illegal activity. If Heat gets high enough, you’ll lose attention and miss out on passive income.
