This winter’s GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills update is now available for players to download. It brings a bunch of new content such as new vehicles, story missions with Michael De Santa, gameplay changes and more.
The headline is are purchasable mansions which fans have been requesting for over a decade. They each come with a 20 car garage, swimming pool, gym, kennels, helipad and more. We’ll be taking a look at all of the property prices including their customisation options. Oh and you can own all three at the same time if you have the cash.
The Tongva Estate
The Tongva Estate mansion located in the Tongva Hills is the cheapest mansion you can buy. This was once Devin’s mansion in GTA V’s Story Mode and has now been refurbished just for you to enjoy Pacific Ocean views. It costs $11,500,000 on the Prix Luxury Real Estate website in-game.
Note: if you completed all 3 of the New Listing Missions before December 7th, you will see a $2,000,000 discount applied to this mansion.
Richman Villa
The Richman Villa mansion located in Richman is the most expensive mansion you can buy. It is located on the west side of Vinewood Hills. It costs $12,800,000 on the Prix Luxury Real Estate website in-game.

The Vinewood Residence
The Vinewood Residence mansion is located in the east of the Vinewood Hills not far from the Vinewood sign. It costs $12,200,000 on the Prix Luxury Real Estate website in-game.

Customisation Options
Prix Luxury AI Concierge
Each mansion purchase comes with a Prix Luxury AI Concierge. There are three different personas to choose from: Haviland Angel and OG.
Customisation Styles
There are three different styles to choose from for your mansion’s interior. The default is the San Andreas Coastal. You can purchase the Los Santos Loft or Vinewood Regency for $497,500 each.
There are also a few tints to choose from at $100,000 a pop. Meanwhile the patterns are $245,000.
Optional Add-ons
You can add up to five different features to your mansion. These are all optional and can be purchased after you get your mansion if you want to upgrade. There is the podium for $ 650,000 that allows you to display one of your personal vehicles. You can get an armory that will cost $720,000 and an arcade for $950,000. You must already own a current arcade to purchase this arcade. Also, there is vehicle workshop for $880,000 and private security will cost $1,750,000.
